By placing an order with SpinHer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

About SpinHer products

SpinHer specialises in pre-owned music, primarily from female artists.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products described as Pre-Loved, Pre-Owned or Used have previously been owned and may show signs of previous use.

Every pre-owned item is assigned a condition grade before being made available for sale.

Where multiple copies of the same album and condition grade are held in stock, the individual copy supplied may not be the exact physical copy shown in the product photographs. The copy supplied should, however, reasonably meet the edition, format and condition grade selected when ordering.

Minor cosmetic differences between individual pre-owned copies are normal.

Our grading standards are explained in our Condition & Grading Policy.

Product descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that product titles, formats, editions and descriptions are accurate.

Where a particular edition, version or format is specifically identified in the product listing, this forms part of the product description.

If an important component such as a booklet, poster, additional disc or other significant inclusion is known to be missing, we aim to identify this separately.

Product photographs are intended to show the album, edition and general appearance of the product. Where several copies are stocked within one condition grade, individual scratches, marks or signs of previous ownership may vary.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.

We may cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • stock is unavailable;
  • payment cannot be verified;
  • an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred;
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
  • we are unable to fulfil the order as described.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Any applicable delivery charge will be shown before checkout is completed.

Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, we may contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the affected item.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms displayed with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively to completed orders or combined with another promotional code.

Free UK delivery

Free standard UK delivery is available on qualifying orders of £25 or more.

Unless otherwise stated, the qualifying value is calculated after discounts and before delivery charges.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch stocked orders within 1–2 working days.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless a service is expressly described as guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.

If an order is returned to SpinHer because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied by the customer, we may ask the customer to pay the reasonable cost of re-delivery.

This does not apply where the address error was caused by SpinHer.

Unless another period has been agreed, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.

Delivery risk

SpinHer remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your physical possession, or to another person you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Faulty or incorrectly described goods

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Products must reasonably conform to their description and condition grade.

If an item is faulty, materially below the condition grade purchased, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described, please contact us at hello@spinher.co.uk.

Intellectual property and artist references

SpinHer is an independent retailer.

Artist names, album titles, artwork, logos, trademarks, record-label names and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to artists and albums are used to identify genuine products offered for resale.

SpinHer is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any artist, record label or other rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We are responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen.

Products purchased through the SpinHer consumer store are intended for personal use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses such as lost profits, revenue or business opportunities arising from a consumer purchase.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where such circumstances affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections applicable where they live.
